The BLISTRIP–I xt is a single-track automatic blister packing machine designed for packaging items such as tablets, capsules, and dragees in blister packs using PVC-Alu materials. The machine’s continuous rotary motion for blister forming, product feeding, and sealing ensures smooth operation, while the indexing and punching processes utilize intermittent reciprocating motion. It is ideal for handling flat or slightly curved tablets up to 10mm in diameter, achieving up to 150 packs per minute.
